It's been so long...

I have really no excuse besides the fact that I went on vacation right after my summer class ended and that the semester started up again. .___. Oopsie~ I got a B in my summer class though!! I'm really happy that I was able to make that grade because it was a programming class, and it was my first time programming. :D Right now I'm taking the next level up, so I hope I get another B or higher this time around!!(`･ω･´)ゞ Of course I made origami :D I even made a stash of my creations (*-`ω´- )人 Here's everything I have from the last three months >__>

Oh dear, I haven't posted anything in a while (^__^)>" Finals week came by and then I got really busy. D:

On the plus side I'm taking a computer science/coding class now so when I'm done I'll be able to hopefully change my major. :D

Anyways~~ I got origami paper. Like real origami paper.

I got fed up with making squares from printer paper, so I said screw it I'm going to get my own. (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻ Best decision yet. >:D

Furthermore, I made desk organizers!~ My own desk was cluttered and unorganized, so I decided to put my folding skills to good use. (￣ω￣;)

I taped three boxes together to make a big
box with three compartments.

Same concept as the top right picture,
but with nine smaller boxes.

I made these organizers by making baggi boxes (tutorial in tutorial tab). :D I used cardstock and patterned duct tape to make the big boxes with compartments. If you want, you can tape any size box together! Be creative and enjoy it.  (≧▽≦)

I think I make too much of the same origami, so I'll make flowers and animals and other stuff soon. :p

I was making origami for my group project on friday since I'm the one that's going to talk about origami. xD so i made LOTS of origami. :D

first thing on the list was ninja stars. one group did their presentation today and they threw candy at us at the end; i sit in the front so i got hit like five times with candy. (＃｀д´)ﾉ but one of my groupmates suggested that we make shuriken and throw it at that group for revenge. xDD

we're going to make twenty one since we want to give one to every person in the class (excluding us of course). i made half and my other groupmate is making the other half. ヾ(ﾟ∀ﾟゞ)

then later in the day i didn't want to do homework so i made boxes. this is a baggi box and it's very sturdy~ the first two boxes i did for practice were pretty sturdy even though they were made from ordinary loose leaf paper. i made three more from cardstock and they're like bricks (o____O)


     

i taped two boxes together and now it's a desk organizer.

Group Project!!!

I just realized that I don't have to change my font everytime I want to post something....... I'm a noob xD

Well, today I met with my group members in my Comm 101 class about our upcoming project. We have to talk about a country and what it's culture, its social norms, and how they communicate (why not because its a communication class xDD). Guess what my group decided to do.....??

One of our ideas is to take mochi and stick two pocky sticks in it so it looks like an alien; we're going to put it in little origami boxes :3

We had to make 21 of these things @____@ TWENTY ONE. But we all worked together to make them :D
